EXCHANGES: ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED WITH AN RMA # BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED BACK. Please use the Return Authorization Request Form at the bottom of this page to request your exchange.
All returned items for exchange must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging included. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return to our warehouses. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item(s) back to the buyer via Ground service. Once your return is received in our warehouse, your exchange will typically be processed within 72 hours.
RMA # must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges must be received to our warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RMA number.
Exchanges must include the RMA Number on the outside of the box to be accepted.
Please print a copy of the RMA email that you receive from our Returns Department and include it in the box.
* Orders placed between October 1st and October 31st are eligible for exchange only. Since costumes are typically used once, this policy helps to reduce fraud while keeping our prices low for all customers. Orders placed during this time period are eligible for exchange to a different size, for different costumes of equal value or for store credit.

All returned items for credit must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging included. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return to our warehouses. All products that are returned for credit will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. (This does not apply to exchanges for a different product, different size or defective items.) Products that are 'Refused' or shipped back to our warehouses using 'Return To Sender' services will be deducted the original shipping charges, equal return shipping charges and the regular 10% restocking fee. All refunds will be issued in the same manner in which they were originally paid. (Visa will be refunded to the Visa card; PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account; etc.) Once your return is received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
