| Has my order shipped? |

All orders placed by 2:00 PM CST typically ship the same day by the service that you select through our secure checkout page. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping service at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us confirming the shipment. This email will include the tracking number for your order as well as a link to the shipping carriers website. You may enter the tracking number from this email into the shipping companies website to track your order online. The shipping companies website will provide you with an estimated delivery date as well as intransit progress for your package.
* Please Note: You may need to check your email spam filter for our shipment confirmation email. Some spam filters only allow email from users that you have authorized and emails from our company may be redirected into your spam folder by mistake.
* Please Note: Tracking information for most shipping companies will not be available through their websites for up to 24 hours from the time of shipment. Please allow this much time before you are able to track your package status.
If you registered an account when you placed your order, you may also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to login and check your orders status from your account page. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

If you signed up for a registered account at the time of placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.
* Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
If you did not sign up for a registered account when you placed your order, you will need to contact us by email at CustomerService@UltimateMovieCostumes.com to see if your order can be adjusted. |
| How do I track my order? |

| My order never arrived. What do I do? |

* Please Note: It is very common for shipping companies to leave your package at one of the following locations if you are not home:
- Front Door / Front Step Area - Garage Door / Side Door of Residence - Rear Porch / Patio / Deck - Back Door - With A Neighbor - For Apartment Buildings: Rental Office / Mail Box Area / Outside Your Apartment Door
Please be sure that you have thoroughly checked all of these locations before contacting us regarding your delivery.
If you have already tracked your package and the shipping carriers website states that the package was "Delivered" AND you have checked the drop off areas listed above, you will need to contact us by sending an email to CustomerService@UltimateMovieCostumes.com to notify us of the problem. We will assist you by working with the shipping carrier to locate your package and bring resolution for your delivery. |
| An item is missing from my shipment. |

If you registed an account at the time of your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. There may be rare occassions where we will ship your products in multiple packages due to size or weight. If your package/s show a status of "Delivered", please contact us by email at CustomerService@UltimateMovieCostumes.com to notify us of the missing item/s. Please include your Order Number and Billing Name in your email.
If you did not register an account at the time of your order, please use the Tracking Number/s from the shipment confirmation email to view the intransit or delivery status of your package/s. If your Tracking Number/s show a status of "Delivered" from the carriers website, please contact us by email at CustomerService@UltimateMovieCostumes.com to notify us of the missing item/s. Please include your Order Number and Billing Name in your email. |
| I received the wrong product. |

| My product is missing parts. |

If you feel that your product is missing parts or pieces that make it complete, please contact us at CustomerService@UltimateMovieCostumes.com to notify us of the problem. We will verify the product/s that you received and if necessary, ship you the replacement parts or a replacement product. |
| When will my backorder arrive? |

Ultimate Movie Costumes does not typically sell products that are on backorder. If a product is available on the website, it is typically available in our warehouse for immediate shipping. There may be a rare occassion where we would allow backorders to take place and the product page would give a reason and an explanation of when a backordered item would be available to ship if it was allowed. |
